NASCAR at Charlotte: Odds, fantasy advice, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch

NASCAR’s first visit to the Roval (half street program, half oval) will likely be at Charlotte this week plus a lot is up for discussion.
Will this race play very similar to a road course like Watkins Glen with a number of wide open segments where motorists can pick up some pace, or will it perform more like an intermediate track in which motorists Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick have dominated so often over the past couple of years?
The truth lies somewhere in the center, or possibly a little beyond that. BET Chicago says the Roval could play 33 percent like Charlotte Motor Speedway, 33 percent like Watkins Glen and another 33 percent like an intermediate course.
That’s a lot to digest, however this really is a race where going chalk is probably the smartest choice. Watkins Glen is loved by kyle Busch; he’s success on paths too and he is coming from a win. He’s the betting favorite at 3/1 and will be stalking the leader if he isn’t out ahead.
